Our passion is communication, and we believe that it is the most powerful driver of change and impact. To achieve sustainability goals, this means taking action, especially for us. We lead the way to take partners, clients, and employees with us on this journey. This is how we turn Walk the Talk to Talk the Walk.
As Klimakomplizen (climate accomplices), we have committed ourselves to climate neutrality, avoiding domestic flights, using 100% green electricity, and cooking predominantly vegetarian food. We have been offsetting the remaining carbon footprint through certified ClimatePartner projects since 2014. We are currently working on creating our first complete sustainability report.

Since 2021, we are a proud member of the owner-managed agency network Community International with 1,300 employees in over 33 agencies across Europe.
We are a member of the GWA, the association of leading agencies in Germany, since 2019.
