Freudenberg Global Innovation Forum 2025
Our task was to develop a comprehensive communication concept for Freudenberg’s Global Innovation Forum 2025 and to shape it into a platform that brings the company’s strategic focus topic—Artificial Intelligence—to life. The forum takes place every three years and is held under a designated theme. The goal was to create an overarching storyline that visually, content-wise, and dramaturgically connects all activities—from the key visual and event communications to interactive on-site elements.
This included, among other things: designing the color concept for the internal AI communities and the exhibition walls, creating a central interactive map application, developing visualizations and videos for touchscreens, producing presentation materials for keynotes, as well as giveaways for attendees. At the same time, it was essential to convey the topic of AI in a practical and accessible way—through formats that would continue to have an impact beyond the event itself.

At Freudenberg, AI is not just a technical tool but a central future-oriented topic for all business units. To make this relevance tangible—both internally and externally—more than words are needed: it requires experiential formats, clear visuals, and compelling stories. The Global Innovation Forum provided the ideal setting to position AI as a driver of innovation—for the international R&D community, for the C-level, and not least for the owning family.
Our overarching communication idea: AI as a tangible, human-centered potential that is already actively shaping the future today.

A central element of the event was the specially developed key visual, which served as the thematic framework for the Global Innovation Forum 2025. It translated the strategic focus on artificial intelligence into a visual language that conveyed both technological progress and human connection. The design intentionally aligned with Freudenberg’s corporate identity—drawing on its colors and visual style—while introducing distinctive graphic elements and a dynamic imagery to create a clear visual distinction for the topic of AI.
This design was applied consistently across all deliverables: from refined versions of classic giveaways such as lanyards and notebooks, to beach flags, and to the design of presentation slides for the keynotes. The keynote slides were completely redesigned to match the event’s look and feel, enabling even complex content to be communicated professionally through a modern and clear visual style. The result: a cohesive visual identity that creates strong recognition—and showcases the topic of AI at Freudenberg in an impressive way.
The visualization of the exhibition booths, as well as individual presentation media (screens/posters) within the exhibition areas, was conceptually developed by us, coordinated with the respective departments, and implemented together with Freudenberg’s internal and external partners.
