THE BRAND IS IN THE GENES

The German Human Genome Phenome Archive – GHGA for short – is a genome database that makes information available for research while preventing data misuse. Since branding is in our DNA, we led the team through a brand workshop to a new logo and an unusual corporate design. And because we provide everything from a single source, we added a finishing touch: Authentic images with members of the GHGA and an ultra-modern brochure.

The GHGA wants to make a completely new impression and, in addition to its relevance for genetic research, also convey the security of its data archive in a new look. It aims to build a bridge “between research and medical care” and thus enable new therapies and diagnostic procedures. For us, this means that the brand should be more self-confident, dynamic, and positive. In addition to being future-orientated, it should also radiate the effectiveness that it has worldwide.
