Pionairs for 100 years – a visual comeback!
After the trade fair break, Helios is back for its 100th anniversary with an extraordinary booth. The message: The concept should surprise visitors and draw them into the booth from the outside. The idea uses the time change: A lenticular image and a photo box – doesn’t sound that surprising at first, but it is.
-
Immediately trade fair visitors are drawn to the fourteen-meter-long and three-meter-high lenticular wall above the bar and café. The message of the anniversary is conveyed in maximum condensed form with bold letters, inviting viewers from a distance to discover the resolution of the second lenticular phase for themselves. Up close, various exhibits describe the milestones of Helios and its transformation over the last 100 years into one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of fan technology.
-
The photo campaign also reflects the spirit of change. We ask ourselves: Is it possible to make the already impressive bullet time photography even more extraordinary? You bet.
Inspired by the architect Bernini and the colonnades of St Peter’s Square in Rome, whose columns disappear into a particular focal point, we adapted this mechanism for the first time. This effect allows two phases – and thus two messages – to be placed in the small clips. It was clear that it would be the sender Helio and the key visual developed during the anniversary year. It has succeeded in appearing in countless stories, feeds, and chats of visitors and beyond – and best of all: the joy and energy of the people in the pictures have a positive impact on the HELIOS brand and are very memorable.
