Regional, fair, high-quality: Meat sommelier and master butcher Patrick Holzapfel wants to do things differently than his colleagues. A little bit more gourmet, a little bit more rebellion – but with a down-to-earth attitude. No problem for us: With plenty of black and a minimalist look, the brand appearance and website look pretty cool. The customers think so, too: People were queuing up at the opening of the Holzapfel butcher’s shop in June 2019. And this success proves the meat rebel right; his shop in Mössingen is abuzz.
