Flexible forms for creative shapers
Visually, the employer brand was designed to express both the flexibility and creativity of the work, as well as the employees’ connection to the district. For this reason, all visuals show the employees outdoors rather than at their desks. We combined these images with a dynamic cube-based design that also strongly shapes key assets such as the trade fair booth. -
Great employees, great initiatives
Employee giveaways, a new design for the careers page and job postings, posters, and a modular trade fair booth—all of these bring the employer brand of the Calw District Office to life. What they showcase is something that has always been there: creative, motivated employees who are committed to a truly beautiful district. All in the spirit of the motto:
Do more with your ideas – work for the District of Calw.
