The newly developed employer brand of the Rhein-Neckar district “WE. THE DISTRICT.” reflects the values and identity of the Rhein-Neckar district. The initiative highlights the strong team spirit of the employees, the meaningfulness of their work, and the diverse areas of responsibility in a friendly and genuine manner.

The goal of the Rhein-Neckar District Office is to retain existing colleagues and attract new talent across all work areas, providing long-term career prospects. The campaign implements many internal and external measures to address the shortage of skilled workers and to clearly and effectively communicate the quality and values of the Rhein-Neckar District Office through a motivated, highly skilled workforce. Various faces of the campaign offer an exciting insight into the diverse work environment of the District Office.

The content is based on two major employee workshops and a broad survey conducted across the entire workforce. This allowed the perspectives and needs of the employees in the Rhein-Neckar district to be taken into account.
With the launch of the campaign, the Rhein-Neckar district is also presenting its new career website. It offers interested applicants a comprehensive insight into the diverse career opportunities in the district and easy access to current job postings and information about the various departments.
