Without our culinary expert Kathrin, we’d be pretty hungry on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A trained hairdresser by trade, she treats us to a delicious variety of dishes twice a week – whether it’s Thai curry or her legendary spinach Spätzle.

For two and a half years now, we’ve been grateful to have Kathrin cooking for us – or rather, spoiling us with her skills. There’s no instant soup here; everything is made from scratch. She’s also knowledgeable about wild herbs and even grows them in her own garden.

We can’t wait for Tuesday or Thursday to roll around again. We’re already sitting at the table in eager anticipation, Kathrin!
