    We love our work – and our families, friends and hobbies. So it’s no surprise that flexible working hours and remote work are important to us. We have core working hours from 9.30 am to 4 pm. Overtime is recorded and flexibly reduced via a working time account. Minus hours are also possible.

    Our cook prepares meals for us twice a week. There’s always a vegetarian dish and once every two days an alternative with meat. The deal is simple: DIE KAVALLERIE pays the cook and employees contribute between EUR 1 – 3.50 for the groceries.

  • REMOTE? OF COURSE.

    Remote work is possible at any time. However, we are physically present on Monday for the Monday meeting at the agency. The general rule of thumb is that we are in the office 51% of the time. However, this depends on the work situation, tasks, and areas of responsibility. 100% remote work is also possible after a brief consultation with the heads – we also offer jobs that are remote first.

    You need a last-minute babysitter or a car so that you can combine work and career more easily and quickly? We provide each unit with a budget of EUR 50 per month for emergencies, which can be used unbureaucratically within the framework of the EUR 44.00 regulation.

    Each unit has a budget of EUR 500 per employee per year for training. Two days of external training are planned for each person. In addition, there is a budget of the same amount that can also be used for training or smaller purchases. We decide on larger purchases and training courses together.

    We travel once a year as a team. To Lake Starnberg, a beach or tobogganing, depending on where the team wants to go. We go on a journey to ourselves and into the future. This is our company retreat. The whole thing usually lasts 2-3 days and is not just about work but also about having maximum fun.

    Our Yee-Academy takes place every third Friday of the month. This is our regular internal training program. Here, anyone can share their knowledge and hacks for everyday agency life.
