The new employer brand for the Rhein-Neckar district

The Rhine-Neckar District Office recently launched its new employer brand identity and the campaign “WIR. DER KREIS.”. The initiative emphasises the strong team spirit of the employees, the meaningfulness of their work, and their diverse areas of responsibility in a friendly and genuine way.

The aim is to retain existing employees at the district administration office – and at the same time to attract new talents in all areas of work to offer long-term career prospects.

Together with the district, we developed a custom employer brand identity that reflects the values and identity of the Rhine-Neckar district. This was based on two extensive employee workshops and a broad-based survey of the entire workforce. This enabled the perspectives and needs of employees in the Rhine-Neckar district to be taken into consideration and lead to the creation of an authentic image for the communication of the employer brand.

With the launch of the campaign, the Rhine-Neckar district also presented the new careers website www.wir-der-kreis.de, which we developed. It offers interested applicants a comprehensive insight into the wide range of career opportunities in the district. Thanks to an appealing design and user-friendly navigation, interested parties have easy access to current job advertisements and information on the various specialist areas. The website also clearly and concisely presents attractive benefits that the Rhine-Neckar district offers its employees. In addition, various faces within the campaign provide an exciting insight into the diverse working world of the district administration office.
