We asked ourselves the question: Why do people actually work in the district of Böblingen? What distinguishes the district administration as an employer? To obtain the most authentic answer possible, we explored these questions with workshops and employee surveys.
Based on this, a marketing concept was developed under the slogan “Much more for life”, which above all depicts the benefits of the district administration in a credible manner. Much more is the emotional promise that the district administration gives its employees: Many more opportunities, many more benefits, much more security, and much more togetherness.
